In 2021, I walked into iTester Inc. as a Digital Marketing Intern — writing copy, managing social channels, learning how brands speak to people.
But somewhere between campaign analytics and customer conversations, I discovered something deeper: I didn't just want to market products. I wanted to build them. I earned my Google UX Design Certificate, transitioned into QA, and started sketching wireframes alongside test cases.
That dual lens — designer and quality guardian — became my superpower. Today, as QA Lead & Product Designer, I don't hand off designs and hope they work. I design them, test them, break them, fix them, and sign off on every release myself.

RiVirtual wasn't just another CRM update. It was an entire real estate ecosystem serving professionals across the United States and Canada — and I was there from Version 0.1 to Version 10.0.
I led the redesign of the CRM, property posting flows, subscription management, sign-in experiences, digital business cards, and the awards platform — while managing a team of ten testers across every release.
